Computer not working

When I press the power button on my computer the fans but the monitor is blank. I think my little brother messed things up inside. I have tried a new monitor and new graphics card. can anyone help me?

Hello invsible_kid!

Do you get any error beeps?
Have you tried reseating everything (RAM, expansion cards etc..)?
Have you checked all cables are securely connected?
