Malware taking over pc :S

Hey, to cut a long story short,

i opened a file i got auto sent over msn, it disappeared my msn is now crazy and all msn related programs try ato open up 1000 times, when ever i go near my Hijack This folder my desktop disappears leaving only my background and then it all returns wit hno hijack this folder there anymore, my mozilla firefox kept closing, after bout 3 secs of it being open, ewido wouldnt load up and has problems, adware & CWShredder found nothing, AVG found nothing Cleanup found 300mb files (normal) and today Search and destroy found about 4 sets of things, one "3 entries" one "4 entries" on "9 entries" and one "32 entries" and "fixed" them all, im going to try and post a HiJackThis log to see if there is anything left on my pc, before EVERYTHING starts automatically shutting itself down ¬¬

err yea im now getting windows errors on boot up like so: "Crucial files have been erased and cannot be found on your system, C:\MyComputer:\Windows:\SystemFiles:\blablabla This file is critical and could cause system failure"
