Problems with a new (retail) ATI Radeon 9600Pro 256mb card

Just put the ram, mobo, and radeon on a cardboard sheet and started it up; still nothing :tazz: I'm going to try another PCI card real quick.

Just tried out two agp cards and 3 pci. I assume there is nothing wrong with the video card. It sounds closer to a dead mobo (cringe :tazz:). I even took off and re-attached the heatsink and processor. No avail :) I'm looking at the PSU now..i hear voltage problems can cause similar problems, but otherwise, i'm SOL :)

Nothing worked. I assume the mobo is dead, I'm just going to RMA it and hope it doesn't take 8 weeks :tazz: Thanks for the help guys.

I'd also be worried about the video card since you couldn't get it to work in your other computer.
