Hi. I also have the syserrors problem. When I launch IE, the homepage defaults to res://C: \WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm, then to the www.syserrors.com page.

I tried solving the problem using one of the threads on this site, but one of the effects of the spyware on my PC is that some websites just refuse to open.Hence when I tried using your link to SMITREM.exe, the page refuses to appear. I have saved the Panda Activescan to my favourites & I have downloaded Ewido. But how do I solve the problem with the smitRem.exe download. In addition, I tried updating Windows using your link, but the spyware also causes the page not to open & hence I cannot access the updates. In addition, there are the hugely annoying pop ups at the bottom of the screen telling me about SYSTEM ALERTS: Adware & Spyware.

Anyways here is my log: Thanks in advance
