Hey guys!

Just so you know, this is legal in Canada.

I have an Extreme USB Sureshot loader (for satellites) with a serial connection. The computer recently had Windows reinstalled. Now the device is not working.

Any ideas to get this thing working?

did you install the drivers for it? I don't know much about them but here is a page I find you can download the drivers if you need them.
