Please Help Me!!!!!! My printer is giving me the 502 error code. I went to the Lexmark website and found out what the problem is but I can't find the "slot" on the back of the print head they are refering to. Does anyone have a picture they can show me with the approximate location. Any ideas would be fantastic. Thanks
