actually, i think this site strongly supports CleanUp -it's an excellent cleaner which cleans out all registry including internet and recent file lists

you can get it by clicking on the DO YOU SUSPECT A MALWARE link which is at the top of the forum pages

cleanup is a temporary file clean. does not do anyting for the registry.

Yes the jv power tools are an excellent choice. they have been around for some time.

Presumably jv16 is safe to let loose on the registry.

I really don't understand the registry, but would like to clean it up, and thought jv16 would be good, can I just let it do its thing?
