hi i am new to this forum and i have proble with my pc

i have ga-8ipe 1000
ram 512
socket 478
nvidia ge force fx 5200


40 gb
20gb

2 hard disks

and when i play game either when i don't play a game my pc restarts!!!

my bios chipset and my graphic card is updated with the latest
even if i don't install nothing to my pc only a game then the same problem

my temperature is at 75-79

when i start my pc at morning i mean when the midnight i close it and the morning is at 45-50
after 3 -4 hour it goes 79-80

when i paly a game my pc i put it temperature warning it beeeps!!! when i pay game only
but many times when i do nothing to pc i have the same problem

when i turn on or after restart it put out a message "the system was recovered by serious error " something like this.

pleaze tell me what to do with my pc these problems are after upgrade i did!

is that temp in celcius? if so that's a little hot..you may want to clean your fan and heatsink off

my pc is in intel (northwood,prescot) with ht technology
