Which of these two cards do you think looks better (im on a small budget)

Please help though, im building my first system (ive helped to build a few for my friends but this is my first one im going to keep, my mother board has a AGP 4x/8x but not PCI Exp.) If you have any other suggestions that would be awesome. I dont want to spend over 200ish dollars though. Please let me know, thank you.

The evga one is a better card. That is the fastest card you can get under the $200 budget. I would go 256 MB if I were you. That card is pretty fast 22.4Gb/s but its 128 MB.
