Does anyone know why or/and how you can remove msmsgs.exe so it will never ever ever come back?

Btw, will programs that check/fix your registry undo this removal of msmgs.exe?

Thank you Sooooooooooo much! It kept coming back and over night was sucking up 99-100% of my resources causing my computer to freeze up. Good riddance msmsgs.exe!!! :tazz:
