Blue Screen - Spyware Infection [CLOSED]

Please Can someone help, the blue screen is stuck on my computer and says spyware infection. I have tried many steps and still nothing is getting rid of it.... Also while surfing the internet, it sometimes directs me to other sites, I used all spyware and nothing still... Below is my hijackthis info, hopefully I can get it fixed.
