internet explorer runtime error

hey.. guys there..!

can you help me with your problem because everytie i open the internet explorer it has an error saying that "runtime error" and it cannot open the internet explorer anymoure
What shall I do to fix this problem? It is necessary to reinstall the widows?

Hi erddotillos!

I suggest that you do a repair installation of windows, using the link in my signature as a guide. Don't worry, after doing this all your programs will still work and you won't lose any files or settings. This only replaces the operating system files (C:\WINDOWS). After doing this you will need to redo all windows updates.
