Yahoo Apps Won't Install

I am trying to install the Yahoo Music Engine and every time it starts it crashes and asks me if I would like to send an error report to Microsoft. After thinking of everything else I could to get this to work I tried installing the Yahoo Messenger with the same results.

Has anyone else had this problem or know of a solution?

Yes, Logged in as admin.
Yes, Redownloaded the file
Yes, Purged my IE Temp Files and redownloaded
Yes, swept for viruses and malware
The error report doesn't provide any useful information unless there is a way to get more detailed info. Something other than "View Technical Info about this report."

Please help.
