Is it possible to change the administrator on a system with multiple admins in the windows XP repair?

Not sure I understand exactly. You are doing a repair install and want to make a new Admin account? To change accounts all you have to do is go to "Control Panel", "User Accounts" and change the account types.

If you mean is it possible to delete the default Administrator account, I think not, regardless of how many admin-level user accounts there are.

One way to find out for sure ---- try it!

Windows will soon let u know if it's possible.

XP is rather more 'protective' in what it lets you do compared to previous versions --- one reason why it's more stable.
