I use Outlook 2002 for email, when clicking a link, IE6 opens with no wavy flag, nothing.
I don't have a clue what has caused this.

I did have AOL running (son), but uninstalled it a week ago or so. Maybe a clue?

Went to Microsoft, and verified the .dll files that should be installed.

Reinstalled Office. Now what?

I hope one of you will have an answer.

Yes, I am cutting and pasting now.

I would really like to find out why it is not working as it should and did, and get it fixed.

Thx

In IE. Tools -> internet options -> advanced -> Browsing -> deselect: reuse windows for launching shortcuts.

Reboot.

Fix?

I did change that in IE, however it did not solve the problem. I must cut and past from Outlook email to IE6.

Is this something I should talke to 'Mr. Gates' about?

This was my problem, IE was not my default browser, my mom didn't tell me she installed Firefox and uninstalled and she didn't change the default browser.
