Malware removal including Spy Killer

I have been through steps one thru five in malware removal.
Please find below my HiJackThis log.
Any help would be imensley appreciated.

You may want to visit the links for safe mode and View All files and print that information out so you will have it in safe mode when you wont have an internet connection!

Get this download Malware remover and run it please:
MSN Malware remover

When finished make the required changes and close.

When finished close all windows except HijackThis
and check these as "Fix" in HijackThis:

Uninstall the folder which contains the Screensaver and anything called TheSearchmall or Ilookup from the "Control Panel" using the add/remove programs option.

(id delete the entire contents of the folder and then the folder itself)

Then reboot your computer into safe mode:

Safe Mode


after safe mode enable "View All Files and Folders"

ENABLE VIEW ALL FILES
View All Files

Now delete these items if they exist in red manually

C:\WINDOWS\System\LOCALNRD.DLL
C:\WINDOWS\System\farmmext.exe

Reboot into normal mode now and please repost a new HJT Log
