Yes i can copy it to the desktop.It also plays well.

sorry the previous reply is wrong "yes i can"

You meant to copy it from the cd?oops i coppied it from E drive to desktop.
It does not copy from the cd.Nor does it autoplay.As i put it in the CD-ROM the CD-ROM light keeps blinking and never stops so i remove the cd.It played in real player in my friends comp but only audio no video.please help

Okay, it dpesn't autoplay so what happens if you go Start>Run and search your cd drive for the file and play it that way??

On the whole burning CDs front have you tried using a disk cleaner kit i had similar bother with a really dirty disk the dirt that naturally builds up causes erros to be burned.

Is the disk cleaner kit physical???? or is it a program/software.I cant open my comp cause the gurantee will void.My comp is only 6 months old.Its guranteed for a year.So what do you want me to do?

Also, the cleaner is a special cd that you insert into the drive just like an ordinary cd.... It cleans the lens..
