Taskmanager and limewire Arnt fuctioning

Recently My Limewire has been messing up and opening by itself And i cant open my taskmanager (Ive tried varietys of ways to open it none succeed, Ive seen some things on the internet, but i cant find any clear way to remove it. Ive ran Ad-aware SE with no effect. Please help :tazz:

EDIT: I also noticed sometimes my Desktop disapears
