It's set to boot from cd then...we need to change that.

Restart and tap the F1 or Delete key to enter the BIOS setup. It will say which key at the bottom of the first boot screen... "Press [key] to enter setup"

Using the arrow keys, find the boot priority or boot order settings. Use the Enter key to select and the + or - keys to make changes. I'm sorry I can't be more specific, but all BIOS versions are different. The floppy needs to be set as the first boot device and the HDD needs to be second. Save the settings (ususally F10) and exit BIOS setup.

Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to reboot with the new Max Blast floppy in the floppy drive.

I didn't get to do the ctrl+alt+delete and Max Blast floppy because it turned off when I saved the settings, and now it loaded from the cd Rom and now it asked to be formatted before installing Windows 98.

Ok you made the floppy though?

Put it in the drive and restart...it should work just like the version we used on the other machine...

If it's formatting itself...let it go!!!!!!!!!! :tazz:

I haven't put in the Max Blast floppy yet, because it is inflating and extracting files for Windows 98
