Symantec liveupdate

I have windows XP on my desktop and installed the Symantec corporate edition. The install was successful but when ask to run live update I get a message indicating LU1841 liveupdate could not connect to ISP verify your dial-up info is correct. I do not have dial-up I have DSL. I checked my connections and settings and there is nothing entered. I also, ran the same software on my laptop and had no problem with liveupdate. How do I fix this?
