Hi guys, I was wondering whether you can help.

I am trying to run age of empires 3 when it tells me that my driver insn't up to date. However I have the correct DX 9.0c. Upon looking in Device manager I noticed that the processor driver is not working correctly and when I try to update it I get told that the a better driver cannot be found. The error code is 39 which says to uninstall and then re-install the driver.
Should I uninstall the processor driver? How would I re-install a new driver?

help please.

the shear fact that it is the processor's driver is worrying me.

What make and model is your video card is it Nvidia , Ati , Intel , Power VR , Matrox , S3 , SIS , etc. ?

i can give you the Driver download page for Nvidia And ATI but first you gotta know what your video card is before downloading and installing the drivers:

Nvidia: http://www.nvidia.co...ers/drivers.asp

and for the ATI Catalyst Driver 5.11 you can download that from here: http://www.filehippo...d_ati_catalyst/

Good Luck

Hello iMJCi and welcome to Geeks to go!

If you don't know what graphics card you have, download and run Belarc advisor. Then post the your specs here.
