Thanks for the help! I already follow most of your advice. Though I've been using Microsoft Antispyware instead of Spybot. I run Kerio Personal firewall. Which came in handy once the stuff was on the computer. I was able to block them from sending out. I also have an antivirus program and keep everything up to date. The computer asked my wife if she wanted to allow something (she doesn't remember what). She accidently clicked yes and that's what messed it up so bad. Upset with her now for making me look bad!
