I need help getting rid of vroomsearch and problems related to it. It has apparently taken over my computer to some degree. I have followed all your steps regarding Ad-aware, CWShredder, Spybot, AVG, Trend Housecall and Windows Update SP1.

Vroom is continually making itself my home page and default search page. Along with that I randomally get ads/websites popping with anything from pharmaceuticals, dating services, p*** sites and computer sales.

After following all your steps my computer found a few things and eliminated them and I still have the problems. I run a current version of Norton Internet security with firewall on and pop-up/ad blocking.

4) Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).

Please use windows explorer to find the following files in bold
