Uninstall and upgrade to CS2, no?

Contact Adobe and find out what happened.. If all is on the "up and up" (legal install and serial), they should be able to fix you up..
Until then, I will close this thread as we do NOT assist anyone in finding serial numbers or keycodes for software..
Should you get the proper advice from Adobe and are still having problems, simply PM me and I will re-open this thread..
