WordPad and Paint language

This isn't a huge problem or anything....really more of an annoyance. I was just wondering how I can change the language that the save prompt window is set to. The language in my wordpad and paint programs seem to be in Japanese.

In WordPad go to view and select toolbar
It will be open..

For notepad Format > Font and set..
