Need help before I lose my mind!!!! My daughter's computer is showing that she is connected to our cable modem, but when she tries to access the internet, she gets an error that says "TCP/IP is not installed" How do I fix this... she even tried dial up after not being able to access through our cable modem and AOL will not let her through.. says she has a firewall installed. We have Norton Internet Security 2005 installed on all our machines as well as AdWare ... Don't know if it is important but I will mention that her computer is also connected to a router that connects to my machine in the bedroom ... I also use a wireless thing for my laptop ..... :tazz:
