hello, just want to ask about locking a program on one user to another, i have a pc at home but so many users, i want to lock my programs so that no user has to touch it or open it?is there any chace to lock them?i'm using windows XP home edition.i tried to change the administrator to limited but some of them require internet, how can i stop them using my program please help. thanks
