Hope you can help. My computer started rebooting itslf and then would not start up. I used the product recovery cd rom and tried to repair it but it didn't work so I used the install option and seem to have installed another version on backup "D". I now have a version on "C" which will not load and a new version on "D". My LAN connection works but I have no email and the @ and " symbols on my keyboard have swapped around. Can I get back my old system? Thanks in advance.
