My computer is slow and programs such as Aol and Microsoft word stop responding. i get the following error codes:
E56116FE-E8AE-47bd-8E6D-9682C27EF14]:PortAol.exe-Application Error Instruction at"0x7c911e5a" referenced memory at "0x00188ffc" The memory can not be read.
I also get that these applications are not responding:
ciceroulwndFrame, exploer.exe,shellmon
I have a XP operating system with microsoft office professional installed. AOL is broadbrand with a wireless router. I also have Norton security version installed.
As you can probably tell , I am not a computer geek but am trying to figure this out. Does anyone have any suggestions?
