Backup Software for Servers

I'm looking for some new backup software for my work, I'm Currently using Arcserve on a Linux box, but I'm having loads of problems with it and it out of date. Does anyone know any good backup software or have any suggestions? I don't mind what OS the backup software runs off.

how many servers are you wanting to back up? what kind of data would you be backing up? what are the os/s being used?

Im backing up two linux servers and one domino server. Linux is are file system and DNS, DHCP and firewall, etc and the domino runs our mail.
