Error code 40000080, parameter1 81bc6130, parameter2 81b9a440, parameter3 81bc6e60, parameter4 00000001.

Good afternoon all,

This is a problem i keep getting with my system, it keeps resarting my system, i done a fresh install of Xppro but the problem still exists!!!

Any help will be much appreciated!!!

so far that error points to either a bad chipset driver or an onboard lan driver....try downloading the driver for your lan card (if it's onboard) from your motherboard manufacturer's website (or the lan card site) and then try the chipset driver

with that particular stop code it could be a few things....but it's almost always linked to a driver error....and most of the time it's either a chipset or an onboard lan problem...but...have you installed any new hardware recently?

well this has been a problem for a little while, then I doen a fresh install of XP and the problem still exists.
