Computer keeps shutting off and restarting on its own

I have run all the recommended antivirus, anti-spyware, clean up, etc.. and my pc won't stay on for very long. Sometimes it will stay on for a few hours, sometimes only a few minutes. It will either shut itself down and restart or just go into complete hibernation mode and I have to hold my power button down for 10 seconds in order for it to start.

I have attached my hijackthis log for your review and I appreciate all (and any) help you have to offer!!!
