I am from the Northwest part in Henry County near Paris. We were just all over the national news with the tornados we had last week. One came within 5 or 6 miles of my house. I have never been to Knoxville but my son has a friend that lives there. And I want to add that you two did an outstanding job of working with someone who had no clue what they were doing and I did learn a few things in the process. Thank you so much for your time and help!

That's funny! I hoped you all weren't getting as frustrated with me as I was with myself.

i don't do frustrated...i've been tinkering with computers since i was about 6 (i'm 23 now)...so i know that some people do not have that same knowledge (and i know that some people have more knowledge)...so it's a waste of time to get frustrated just because you don't know what you're doing

You wouldn't be able to help people the way you do if you got frustrated. Well, keep up the good work.
