I've had a series of problems starting today and someone referred me to your site and gave me the rceommended malware removal tools. I have only been able to run clean up as the others report 'application configuration' errors and won't run (even in safe mode). I attach my hjt log for your info.
Any ideas.
Also my task bar at the bootm of the screen has been greyed out and ctrl alt del won't let me at task manager.
Please help.

It appears I can't open the log to copy and paste from so i have tried to darg and drop as an attachment.
