Help, i have "supposedly" have an infection called W32.Sinna

hi, i seem to have a spyware infection called W32.Sinnaka.A@mm, Windows just randomly started to pop up with "Your computer is infected..." and changing my web page to "Download the latest spyware..."and so on.
So i ran my pc on safe mode and did a few XoftSoft and Adaware SE scans to see if this helps.
Afterwards, i realised i had half rid of the problem, my home page was back to normal!! But i still get this annoying popup in the corner saying that my computer is infected.
ANy help will be REALLY appreciated, afterall, my friend did recommend this website :)

any help please?????? the annoying "pop" sounds of the popup are haunting me and im sure that when i go to sleep later that all i will hear is a "pop" every couple of seconds :tazz:
