Welcome to Geekstogo forums, you are fairly infected...after I get another up-to-date log from you I will help clean you up.

First of all, I want you to download and install another browser, because for the moment I strongly suggest NOT to use Internet Explorer, because everytime you open it, new malware is getting downloaded.
So, I want you to use Firefox instead to browse the web.
When your system is clean again, you can use your IE again.
Here you can find firefox to download: http://www.mozilla.o...oducts/firefox/

For the time being try these steps to get you going...

Go to add/remove programs in your control panel and uninstall(if there):
180 solutions
VVSN
Web Offer
nrpn

Copy the contents of the Quote Box below to Notepad.
Click File menu -> Save and name the file as findfile.bat
Change the Save as Type to All Files
Save this file on the desktop.

dir C:\WINDOWS\System32\??oolsv.exe /a h > files.txt
notepad files.txt

Locate FindFile.bat on your Desktop and double-click on it. It will open Notepad with some text in it. Please post the text here.

Then run HJT again and post us the log so we can get to work on your computer.

Thanks for your patience,

LTP

LTP:

Thank you for your response. Couple things... I've attempted to use some of the NAV removal tools on the Ezula and iefeats. Not sure if they worked correctly but was something to attempt while waiting patiently for a response.

I also ran your findfile.bat program and nothing came up in the files.txt notpad log, just a blank notepad file. What did happen however was a C: prompt did appear and I pasted that information to the files.txt and will again paste it here.

it is as follows..

C:\Documents and Settings\Jay\Desktop>C:\WINDOWS\System32\??oolsv.exe /a h 1>f
iles.txt
The system cannot find the path specified.

C:\Documents and Settings\Jay\Desktop>notepad files.txt

the HJT looks like this...

Corelis,

Let's get you fixed up :tazz:

Please print out this post so that you have a hard copy of these instructions. You will need to keep Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer (including My Computer) closed throughout the entire process.

Go to add/remove programs in your control panel and uninstall(if there):
180 solutions

Please download AproposFix from here:
http://swandog46.gee.../aproposfix.exe
Save it to your desktop but do NOT run it yet.

Please download Intermute's CWShredder from here:
http://www.intermute...cwshredder.html
Save it to the desktop and then open the program up and update it, but do NOT run it yet.

Download Crap Cleaner from here:
http://www.majorgeek...wnload4191.html
Save it to the desktop and install the program but do not run it yet.

Then please download About:Buster from here:
http://www.malwareby...AboutBuster.zip
Unzip it to the desktop, run it, Check for Updates, and update the files, but do NOT run a scan yet.

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

For additional help in booting into Safe Mode, see the following site:
http://www.pchell.co.../safemode.shtml

Once in Safe Mode, please run CWShredder, and click Fix.

Double-click aproposfix.exe and unzip it to the desktop. Open the aproposfix folder on your desktop and run RunThis.bat. Follow the prompts.

Open up Crap Cleaner. The windows tab should be opened in the upper left of the program. Click analyze and then click run cleaner.

Then please run About:Buster 2 times and click Start to begin the scan. If prompted to end the Explorer.exe process, click Yes. Your desktop may disappear --- this is normal. Allow the program to scan twice, and when complete click "Save Log". This will create a text file called "AB Logfile.txt" in the folder where About:Buster is saved. I will want to see this logfile later.

Then please run Ewido, and run a full scan. Save the log from the scan for me.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3lp32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\iety32.exe
C:\Program Files\Web Offer----------------->delete this folder
C:\Program Files\nrpn---------------------->delete this folder
c:\program files\180solutions-------------->delete this folder
C:\Program Files\VVSN---------------------->delete this folder

Then please restart your computer in Normal Mode.

Please try this again and follow each step carefully it should report some stuff back to us...This is the safest way to find this bad file :)

Copy the quoted words below to Notepad.
Click File menu -> Save As
Change the Save as Type to All Files
Save and name the file as findfile.bat (replace the old one)
Save this file on the desktop.

dir C:\WINDOWS\system32\??oolsv.exe /a h > files.txt
notepad files.txt

Locate FindFile.bat on your Desktop and double-click on it. It will open Notepad with some text in it. Please post the text here.
---if this does not work again we will have to go after that file manually.

Also post a new HijackThis log, as well as the logs from AboutBuster and Ewido.

Hopefully we got what we needed from this latest adventure and can bring closure to this today.

I may just :tazz: and reformat the drive if he cannot keep his own computer clean, or I may just take it from him and make him use the typewriter in the closest ;-)

Thank you again for the help, i look forward to reading your findings on the latest logs

Here we go... :tazz:

Scan with HijackThis again and place a check next to these items:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [d3lp32.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3lp32.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Ncao] C:\Program Files\nrpn\osoa.exe
O15 - Trusted IP range: 206.161.125.149

Close all other windows except HijackThis, and hit Fix Checked

1) Please download the Killbox.
Unzip it to the desktop and run it.

2) Select "Delete on Reboot".

3) Now click on the top tab labeled Options.
Scroll down to Delete on Reboot > then select Process All in List.

4) Copy the file names below to the clipboard by highlighting them and pressing Control-C:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3lp32.exe
C:\Program Files\nrpn\osoa.exe

5) Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose "Paste from Clipboard".

6) Click the red-and-white "Delete File" button. Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "Yes" to reboot next.

After the reboot please post another HJT log and let me know how things are running.

LTP:

Thank you again for your continued effort. final HJT log is as follows after using Killbox in the mannerisms you suggested as well as using the "Fix Checked" HJT option.

It looks fairly clean to me now, Now I need to figure out why his computer is no longer connecting to the Server.

Things are looking much better :tazz:

You may have Myway which is preinstalled on Dell systems now :) It is know to be Malware and I would suggest uninstalling it.
Before you look for it and uninstall I would like to get a uninstall list from you to see what the exact line is in the uninstall list dealing with MyWay

Open HijackThis, click Config, click Misc Tools
Click "Open Uninstall Manager"
Click "Save List" (generates uninstall_list.txt)
Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.

If this folder is still on your computer delete it:
C:\Program Files\nrpn

Then if you do not mind run Ewido once more so you and I have peace of mind.

Post the Ewido log here and a new HJT log and include the uninstall list.

I believe we are close to the end of the road my friend.

Things look nice....you can post that Ewido log as soon as you get back.

Until then check out my "ending protection" post we like our cleaned up customers to look at :tazz:

Please look carefully at this post for some excellent preventative measures to take so you do not get infected again.
Prevention is good :)

To reduce the re-infection potential for malware and protect yourself against spyware, here are a few helpful suggestions:
1. Keep Windows and Internet Explorer current with the latest critical security updates from Microsoft. This will patch many of the security holes through which attackers can gain access to your computer. You CANNOT complete this update using an alternate browser.
http://v5.windowsupd...t.aspx?ln=en-us
http://www.microsoft.../ie/default.asp

2. Run your antivirus software regularly, and to keep its definitions up-to-date. If you are thinking about switching, there are a some good free Antivirus programs that are decent, including AVG and Avast!.
AVG: http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1
Avast: http://www.avast.com...ast_4_home.html

3. In addtion to using Ad-aware consider using another free malware scanning/removal program:
Adaware SE: http://www.download....ubj=dl&tag=top5
Spybot S&D: http://www.download....tml?tag=lst-0-1
MS Antispyware beta: http://www.microsoft...re/default.mspx

4. Consider using a free firewall if you are not already using one. Some good free ones are:
Sygate: http://smb.sygate.co...pf_standard.htm
Zone Alarm: http://www.zonelabs....n.jsp?lid=ho_za

5. Consider using an alternate free browser for general web surfing but you must use IE for windows update.
Mozilla Firefox: http://www.mozilla.o...oducts/firefox/

6. Consider increasing your browser security by using these programs:
SpywareGuard will protect your homepage from being hijacked: http://www.javacools...ywareguard.html
SpywareBlaster will increase browser protection by blocking hundreds of known malware sites by adding them to IE's restricted sites zone. Download it here: http://www.javacools...areblaster.html

If you use SpywareBlaster, you can also use a customblocklist to add even more entries into IE restricted sites zone. Go to this site for the current list and how to use instructions: http://customblockinglist.cjb.net/

IE-SPYAD is similar in that it adds thousands more known malware sites to IE's restricted zone. Download it here:
https://netfiles.uiu...ww/resource.htm

*Remember just like your primary anti-virus software, it is important to keep all of these programs up-to-date and use them on a regular basis.
