IE Font Size Problem

My IE fonts have gotten bigger all of a sudden. Is there anyway I can put them back to the default value? I didn't do anything to cause. I was posting in a forum and BAM they just went all big when the post went through.

I think it could be a size 14 or something. Help please!!!
