Are you aware that you have a keylogger program on your computer? Did you install this yourself? Let me know, if you didn't install it we will remove it..

2) You have a LOP infection, which is most often transmitted by the sponsor program of Messenger Plus! 3 Please uninstall it completely from Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and restart your computer. If you wish to keep the program once the infection is gone you can reinstall it without the sponsor program.

3) Download Blockrem from HERE

• Unzip it to its own folder on your desktop.
• Boot your computer to safe mode by rebooting and tapping the F8 button repeatedly until it brings up a boot menu.
  From that menu, select Safe Mode by using the arrow keys to highlight it then pressing enter.
• Once in safe mode open the Blockrem folder on your desktop and double-click blockrem.bat (this is the file with the gear icon) to run it.
• Once it is running please follow the onscreen instructions.
• Reboot and post a new HijackThis log.

Why did you disable all the startup items? Please reenable all those startup items and post a new HijackThis log.

The reason i disabled all the startup options was because my computer runs really slow and my parents get annoyed about it is it possible to keep them off?

There are items to be deleted among them..you have to enable them so that we can deal with the malware..

What happens when you go to the Panda site?

Click on Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
