Hey Admin I got another problem I hope you can help solve. Recently my neighbor came over and got on the main computer and I guess went online. I wasn't in the room with the person, but now when logging on to Aol it goes through about 3 avaiable line searches and when it finally gets to the main screen for Aol a screen pops up. It shows up in the upper right hand corner of the screen where the buddy list comes up and says there is an error and that it can't detect the connection.

In addition to that when the comptuer is turned on a dialup connection pop-up shows up. What can I do about this? Thanks for the time.

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
