I've got 6 names and addresses in windows address book (wab.exe). Then I go into word and click tools and then 'envelopes and labels'. Then I click on the little address book icon and am presented with the 6 names. I select one and click ok. Only the name shows up on the label. I need the address to print also. What gives?

A friend of mine figured it out. The default in Outlook Express is set to 'business'. You've got to change 'home address' to default. There seems to be a problem with maintaining 'home address' as default. I haven't tried it yet but he says you've got to check the default for 'home address' and then exit the program otherwise it will keep defaulting to business. Now the name and address prints. Woo hoo!!!!!!!
