Norton Anti-virus update problem

Hey,
I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this... when I use the liveupdate on Norton Internet Security I keep getting this for the antivirus download:

Windows XP 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2

NAVNT 2005 11.0.9

but the update won't download.

Any ideas? Otherwise Norton shows systems are fine... just worries me that if I don't figure out how to download this update I'm heading for trouble.
