I have a windows 2000 server, ADSL line (us robotics router). I want to access it remotely. I know the Router IP Address, Server username and password. I just want to know how will i connect it remotely.
There is a company who supplied us some special servers, they login to our windows 2000 server remotely for troubleshooting. The only thing i do is email the WAN IP Address to them. They connect the server and through VNC they reach other computers on the LAN.

Pls help.

You can install a third party program like ultravnc on the program and run the server applet on the server and the client on your pc,.
