After starting up Windows XP, the above mentioned program started installing itself. I assumed it was part of Windows XP apparatus. Please advise if this is essential to running XP, as I am under ram restrictions right now.]

Thanks

no, it is not, nor is it part of Windows.

Other than the homepage, I can find no reviews of this program and would be suspicious. In fact, registry cleaners in general are pretty pointless and often cause more trouble than they are worth

No matter your windows system is XP or Vista, the easiest way to speed up your PC is have a tuneup360 in it; you can try the software "tuneup360". My friends and I all use it, it's seems really useful.
