Okay so basically here it is. Every single time I start my computer, I get two messages. They both pop up in the first 2 minutes of starting my computer up. In fact one popped up as I was typing this. These are the problems:

Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. The error signature is
szAppName : svchost.exe szAppVer : 5.1.2600.2180 szModName : EntAPI.dll
szModVer : 8.0.0.240 offset : 0000368a

When I click don't send... i automatically don't have sound....and I have to uninstal a sound driver and reboot for sound to work for about 2 minutes until the message comes up. Its a pain in the butt.

ALSO right after that or right before it... I haev a Windows Explorer error. Says basically the same thing, needs to shut down, sorry for the inconvenience. So I don't know whats going on. I have been reading a lot here. I went through the adware and Spyware and I have Virus protecors and I ran malicious software program to check for those. I did everything. So basically thats why I'm typing this. My dad said I need to do a step by step check or something. He said also that I might need to put in a Windows XP cd and click the fix button to see if that works. So I'm going to try that... but I was wondering if you guys had any more ideas? Here is my Hijacklog thingy......

Yes I did do that except for ad-aware. I had a program for stuff like that but I got ad-aware anywas and ran it. So I ran a scan disk... computer was fine... ran the recover off the xp cd, fixed soem errors, but still the win32 services error and the windows explorer error still exist when I boot up the computer. What should I do? This is getting really annoying. Thanks for the help
