I am trying to install the Sims and it only gets to 25% and stops. I ran a drive test on it with pc-doctor and its said this

Hello rhian!

You say you did a drive check but what on? the CD or the hard drive?
Is the CD clean and unscratched?
Have you tried a different CD drive?
