G-Day...

Im Alyssah and im new here... so please be patient with me...

I have this problem for over 3 weeks now...

i cant open my hotmail account or my msn...

today something new appeard unicow.dll is not found.... i tried everything... i removed from my pc put it back on, but its still not working...

please help me.... i need to open my hotmail!
