I just wonder if any one know what "Hidden Fax Window" and "Mustang Viritual Wireless Device" is.

It causes my internet provider to crash and when I restart the machine they pop up.

After thar it crashes during the shutdown process. I have to pull the plug to get my computer to shut down.

Iy's really just an annoyance so far, but if someone known what they are I really would like to know.
