When i try to log into my email(hotmail, yahoo, messenger) it comes up with either the security settings page or a troubleshooting thing, i dont know what is wrong. I did all the spyware/adware scans above and then i did a virus/trojan scan also and then rebooted the pc

What happend just prior to the moment you couldn't reach hotmail (new dsl connection, router, firewall, anything)?

I notice that you are using more than one antivirus program. This is very dangerous, as multiple AVs can interfere with one another and actually allow MORE viruses to get through.
I strongly suggest you either:(1) configure only one antivirus program to enable automatic realtime scanning, and leave the rest disabled most of the time, or
(2) go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and uninstall all but one antivirus program.

I think i removed all but 1 of the anti virus things, but nothing hapened before my problem started, thats whats so surprising about it, should I take it into a local PC store to fix it, or do you think I may be able to fix it here, if we can figure out what it is of course. One of my friends claims she just got a similar problem, so does that mean this is some kind of virus.

We should be able to solve this together, the store will only charge you bigtime.

There are a number of steps we can take, let's start with these:

Clear the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) slate and AutoComplete history:
Open Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Content tab.
Under Certificates, click Clear SSL State.
Click OK when you receive the message that the SSL cache was successfully cleared.
Under Personal information, click AutoComplete. Under Clear AutoComplete history, click Clear Forms. Click OK when you are prompted to confirm the operation.

Verify that the Date and Time Settings on Your Computer Are Correct: Because SSL certificates have an expiry date, if the date on your computer isn't correct, it may prevent you from connecting to secure sites.

Reboot and let me know if this helped.

Try to connect after each step, let's see which solution does the trick.

Login as Administrator, close all programs.
Go to start - Run… and paste in
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
Click Ok.

Open IE, go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced and scroll to bottom of list. The SSL and TLS options (all versions) should be checked.

Delete Cookies, Delete Files and Clear History in Tools, Internet Options, General tab. (Deleting Cookies may delete some stored Internet passwords.) Check the Delete all off-line content checkbox.

Uncheck the box for Enable Third Party Browser Extensions in the Advanced Section (all other settings in Advanced Section are set to Default). Click Apply and close and open IE.

hmm, please download and install FireFox. It's a browser, much like Internet Explorer but less vulnerable.

Use FireFox to visite one of those sites. Let me know if you can get there.

Do you use a Firewall? Disable it, use Firefox to visite ONLY hotmail. Did that work? Enable the Firewall and let me know.

Do you have a Linksys wireless router? There was a known issue with them that's been resolved by a firmware update, if I recall correctly.
