Win. XP Pro Taskbar not showing/no programs on it

I was told to post a HijackThis log about my assorted taskbar issues. Lately, the taskbar has not been showing up, except on one account, but the taskbar on that account has none of the running programs on it.

I hope some info in tis can be used, but for now, I am going to do a boot time virus scan.
