okay, my friend has a problem . his pc is not showing his modem at all. he has removed his modem from his pc. he has a gateway pc, running windows xp. it keeps returning a pop up saying modem is either busy or cannot be found. he has run spyware on it and it finds something called smuttfraud. if you can help me out, i would appreciate it.

If he is unable to connect then download the programmes and save to CDR disc on your PC then run them on theirs

thank you, i guess im gonna have to download everything for him. he cannot connect to internet. i will keep you all posted on his results.
